Bliss Babe wants you to be able to get what you desire, no matter where you are. Therefore we are pleased to announce that we ship worldwide via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This means that wherever you are you can choose from our high quality offerings here at Bliss Babe and receive your purchase without a problem or worry. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery also comes with insurance up to £36 if something unfortunate happens and the package is lost or damaged. For further safety you can track and trace the package through the Royal Mail website to see the exact signature that was given at time of delivery in case the package was delivered incorrectly.

Returns
Bliss Babe wants you to be completely satisfied with your product and so if there is some fault with it, due to an error in production, we offer you a 14-day return period to exchange it for the same product. Unfortunately, we cannot offer alternatives on a returned item. We also cannot accept an item for any other reason and all returns must be verified (via phone) prior to sending the item back. Also a covering letter must be enclosed with it stating the problem with the item and any pertinent information from the verification phone call.

Due to strict hygienic guidelines we cannot exchange any item that has been worn or washed unless that item was manufactured improperly and is faulty. Again all returns must be verified via phone prior to the items being returned.
